I keep seeing that the forum isnt refreshing and then it will dump posts and threads at one time and some of the counters are off, like there's way more users than 204.
That's called a browser cache. You can refresh it with ctrl + F5 or "ctrl + shift + R". There's nothing that can be done about this, as the PHP is on the latest. There are 214 members, and 920 or so posts as of this post and that's reflective of what hasn't been deleted.
